The module is processed according to the customers' needs. It can be used for temperature control, DC motor control and AC motor soft starters. The Module still has many features, such as the amplifying gate in the thyristor, precious metal pressure contacts for high reliability and the last but not least the heat transfer through aluminium nitride ceramic isolated metal baseplate.
